Who are we looking for

We offer an interesting job as Service Manager.

This includes the relationship (and governance) with the customer, as the follow-up of the SAP-projects and the services. The Service Manager will also be responsible for the in-time delivery of the SAP projects and needs to overview the quality which Ordina is standing for.
The Service Manager will be responsible for helping customers best utilize our resources & solutions to succeed.
He/she will work with one or multiple of our customers (size dependent), identify potential solutions and work with the delivery teams to scope projects and ensure their success.
This position is a mix of client, service and project management and requires the ability to gather business requirements and understand how our resources & solutions can address the customer’s challenge or opportunity.

  • Be the prime contact for customers program, as well for the customer as eventual partners involved. Prepare presentations, proposals and statements of work for project/program engagements.
  • Collaborate with clients to define requirements and manage expectations and communications from inception through delivery.
  • Define and manage the overall project/program goals, plan and success criteria.
  • Manage the contract (timesheets, invoicing, prolongations and eventual extensions)
  • Manage the budget.
  • Collaborate with business & technical teams to address all issues that may affect the delivery of the project.
  • Ensure a stable and consistent methodology for managing customer relationships.
  • Manage the allocated team members

What are the requirements?

• Dutch speaking, French/English is a plus
• Must have Technical & Functional SAP knowledge in several domains
• 5+ years of business experience in marketing realizations (strategy, processes, implementations)
• 5 + years of experience in relationship management/account management
• 3 + years of experience in program/project management
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Able to think out of the box
• PM Methodologies
• Location: mainly Mechelen, but mobile in Belgium when needed
