“As an ITIL Consultant, at present I am working on several assignments, both in-house and externally. At the client's premises, I support the analysis, modelling and writing of documentation for the existing ITIL processes in the organisation. As a Competence Leader at the IT Service Management competence centre, I also provide support in the pre-sales phase of ITSM projects and ITIL consultancy assignments. "As a Project Engineer, I support the engineering for Pfizer, in particularly the 'Batch Records' department. I am responsible for the paper Master batch files - known within Pfizer as 'tickets' - which are generated in the old MES system. (This system is being replaced gradually by a completely electronic system). This 'ticket' gives people on the shop floor all the necessary information about production and packing procedures per product group.
