Role description

A Business Consultant provides an expert and effective contribution to determining complex information needs and advises members of management and directors in the area of organisation, computerisation and automation issues which are related to the customer’s business processes. The business consultant operates at the interface between business and ICT. He/she has extensive knowledge of and experience in his sector and with change management.
