Ordina in a nutshell
challenge  young  great atmosphere  fascinating projects latest technology

"As an architect, I am involved in devising custom solutions. What gives me most satisfaction? I monitor my projects closely at every level. Keeping the big picture in mind while helping to define the details is always a big challenge.

I am also a lead developer. That means that I take less experienced colleagues under my wing, and teach them the ropes. It amazes me sometimes how fast they pick it up.

Ordina encourages its employees to be on the lookout for new technologies. Even if they are still in the beta phase and not yet available to the general public. We test what strikes us as interesting. That fits in well with Ordina's pioneering role.

I run the custom development competence centre. Together with fellow architects, we devise best practices for problems that crop up frequently. Now we are working on a software factory. The aim is to make future projects run in an even more streamlined way."
