Role description
Designing a (partial) application at a functional level based on requirements. An analyst reflects on and describes how the selected solution orientation can be implemented in a functional way. The analyst provides support during implementation and assists (possible) users.
The technical designer lays the foundations on which the programmers build further. He/she designs the structure of the application and the associated data model. The basis for this is the functional design in which the desired functionality of the information system is specified. Explicit account is taken of the possibilities offered by the software and hardware in the technical design.

Ordina in a nutshell
open communication transparent challenging young people-minded
|
“At Ordina, there are clear mutual expectations on the table between the employer and employee. I think that's an important aspect of any job. But at the same time, there is extensive support and personal coaching. That combination is what made me choose Ordina. You will be challenged right from the start. From day one, I was managing a few ongoing development projects.
As a business analyst, I got to learn about the 'business' of the local police. Very instructive, shall we say. In addition, I was given the opportunity to analyse all existing and new processes and formulate solutions. It is very satisfying to follow a project from the implementation into practical use. The ultimate IT experience? For me, it is: knowing that your work makes a difference.
Furthermore, the working atmosphere at Ordina is pleasant and informal. The communication is open, from person to person, direct. Besides your personal development, they also pay the necessary attention to your "well-being" within the company. You are given a clear picture of your position and the direction where the company is heading. As well as the many professional challenges, there is plenty of leisure, fun and sport.”
