As a BI Consultant, you are able to fulfil most of these functions:
As a starter, you are interested in fulfulling below functions:
- Defining of the strategies and roadmaps to implement Cognos BI solutions
- Analysis of user requirements, modelling and their implementation
- Implementation of BI solutions
- Design and implementation of the technical and operational architectures
- Data modelling
- ETL, data integration, data quality and data conversation design

Function Requirements
|
- You have a master degree or bachelor degree in ICT, or equivalent by experience
- Ideally you have at least 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence environment but we also have interesting opportunities for Young Graduates within our BI unit
- You are able to analyze, design, develop, model and implement BI solutions or you are willing to learn in this domain
- You have experience or you are interested in one or more tools from IBM Cognos:
- IBM Cognos Report Studio
- IBM Cognos Analysis Studio
- IBM Cognos Query Studio
- IBM Cognos Metrics Studio
- IBM Cognos Connection
- IBM Cognos Framework Manager
- IBM Cognos Data Manager
- IBM Cognos 10 Business Insight workspace
- IBM Cognos 10 Mobile
- Cognos Lifecycle Manager
- IBM Cognos certification is an asset
- You are motivated and a communicative team player, enabling you to work and network multiple levels within large and small organisations
- You are fluent in English and preferably bilingual Dutch/French
- You are result and customer focussed and you have a high sense for responsibility. You are able to execute your tasks independently. You have organizational skills and you are able to set your priorities
- You are result oriented and you have an eye for quality
- You are flexible, creative and eager to learn
